Dear students, Since its beginning, the International Medical Faculty of JASU/CAIMU/JAIU has been trying its best to improve the quality of education by motivating students to be more competent to face the challenges of the 21st century.
For the fulfillment of this goal, we are pleased to announce the annual "Doing Good Charity Foundation Merit Scholarship Program" 2026!!!
It's time to find out once again the students who have been hardworking and dedicated to their studies extensively throughout the year.
From 11th April 2026 till June 2026, the Scholarship program will be held for different batches as per schedule.
So, get ready to write your name in the glorious history book and take the opportunity to learn and earn the great prestigious scholarship in your graduating years.
Academic Performance: Top Scores in Scholarship MCQ and Viva Exams.
Attendance: Attendance is considered as a factor for eligibility.
Behavior/Discipline: Criteria based on students' conduct have also been included.
Scholarship Committee: The committees have formed with the panel of evaluators including Teachers and Administrators to review the criteria and to supervise the process from starting till end. The committees include:
They will guide the executive committee to make the program effective minimizing the operation errors.
The scholarship program will be entirely overseen, executed and supervised by this committee members. This committee will act as a main body take the final decision and also will act accordingly.

Under the Executive Committee, there are three specialized sub-committees that will be responsible for some specific operations.
• Question Review and Selection Committee composed by the senior academicians who are responsible for selecting best questions submitted by the subject teachers.
• Secure Logistics and Operations Committee composed of teachers and administrative persons responsible for ensuring secure, confidential printing after receiving finalized questions from the Question Review and Selection Committee and then delivery it on the day of exam in sealed envelopes in the presence of the members of the executive committee.
• OMR Scoring and Validation Committee composed of teachers and administrative persons who are responsible for verifying OMR sheets and submitting the results to the executive committee.
Every Exams and scores will be taken under direct supervision of the scholarship committee and every step must be documented with singed consent of the invigilators, viva boards and the committees. Documents must be preserved and can be presented upon necessity to ensure transparency of the whole program.

Academic activities, Attendance, Discipline — 10%
Total — 100
How scholarship amount will be distributed as Tuition fee, Hostel & Mess fee waiver among selected students determined by the scholarship committee.
• Conduct the Phase-1 (Paper based MCQ Exam): After checking the papers, the result of the selected students will only be published with answer keys.
• Initial Screening: Elimination of ineligible applications.
• Conduct the Viva Exams for the selected students from Phase-1: Every board member will submit the viva score result in papers with their sign/signature on it.
Finalize recipients in a meeting by analyzing the following checklist:
Personal Details: Name, student ID, semester/year, Group, contact etc.
Academic Information: Scholarship exam’s percentage, attendance percentage.
Attachments Checklist: Payments status, Disciplinary status, Studentship status (Active or Expelled) etc.
Publish clear guidelines about the scholarship on the university website or notice boards. Notify selected students name mentioning merit positions through Notice board, WhatsApp and University website.
